How do you contact us?

You can contact us by email or by phone, see our page”Contact

How do I book?

You can contact us, for a personal and adapted reservation, or go to our online reservation service for an immediate reservation.

What is the minimum length of stay?

You can stay only one day if you want, the main thing is that you make the most of it.

What time is the check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out before 11:00.

Should I expect additional costs?

Apart from the cost of the night, and any options, no additional costs will be requested.

Is there a deposit

We ask for a €300 deposit, which protects against possible damage to the cottage. This is an amount that will be reserved on your credit card (but not debited), and will be returned to you within 48 hours after your check-out.

Is there anyone I can contact in case of emergency?

We will leave a file with all the information, including a contact number. We live a few minutes away on foot, so if you need to, we can possibly pass by.

Practical info

How many people can accommodate the cottage?

The cottage can accommodate a maximum of two people. It has a king size bed that is big and comfortable for two people, no more.; -)

Is the cottage suitable for children?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children. The terrace and the footbridge do not have a railing, it is therefore not secure.

Is the cottage adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately some areas are difficult to access, so the site is not adapted for people with reduced mobility, but contact us to discuss it and see if the site is suitable for you.

Are pets allowed?

The cottage does not accept pets, but do not hesitate to contact us to discuss it.

Do I need to bring bed linen or bath linen?

No it's not necessary, everything is provided so that you can travel light.;]

Do you have to pay extra for the Nordic bath?

No, the cost of running the hot tub is included in the price.

How is the cottage heated?

The cottage has a wood stove, which lends a romantic atmosphere to the place, but electric heaters are installed to make sure it's hot when you arrive.

Do you have to pay extra for firewood?

No, sufficient logs are provided.

Is it possible to make food?

The living room has a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare small meals, in the evening, or in the morning. You will have enough pots, dishes and the base to be well.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included in the base price, but an option is offered.

Is an internet and mobile connection available?

The cottage is connected to the internet via Proximus. On the other hand, you are in the countryside and the connection is fine but not the fastest. As for mobile network in the cottage, it’s very difficult to get reception.
